Why do I have to keep the aisle ways and behind my booth clear?

Please note: These are Clark County Fire Department guidelines.

All exits and exit aisles must be kept clear and unobstructed. No furniture, signs, easels, chairs or displays may protrude into aisles unless shown on the Fire Marshal approved floor plan. Designated "No Freight" aisles must be maintained clear of crates and exhibit materials during move-in and move-out. These aisles are required for emergency access throughout the hall and to expedite freight and empty crate moving. CLICK HERE to see all Fire Regulations.

How do I get my trash can and chair?

IMC will be providing (1) chair and (1) wastebasket per exhibitor booth. These will be distributed to your booth and placed on Saturday August 29, 2020.
