Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)

An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) is any firm other than the “official” designated contractors listed in the Exhibitor Service Manual which provides a service (booth installation/dismantling, security personnel, florist, booth furniture, etc.) and will require access to your exhibit during installation (Move-In), show days and/or dismantle (Move-Out) process.

All EAC will be need to be requested through our General Services Contractor, Fern.
